[Lowfer] XSV on PSK31 again tonight

G'mornin' Cliff. Thanks for your report. PSK does not push thru as well as
wspr, but then wspr is not a qso type mode either. I have also tried GMSK,
which I think might push thru better and decode when psk does not. You can
download the free MMVARI program that has the GMSK mode at HAMSOFT.CA
MMvari is the pgm I used last night for my BPSK31 beacon.

Let me know if you want to try that sometime, or any other mode....I am
open to requests.
