[Lowfer] XSV on PSK31 again tonight

hi Neil,

definitely seeing you on the waterfall (using HRD DM780 and WSPRX) and 
barely hearing, but not decoding.

(also, listening for WSPR, no decodes or signals on waterfall.)

using Pixel Tech Mobius magloop oriented east-west, its 30dB preamp, TS-480
