[Lowfer] Running WG2XCT CW beacon on 471.80 KHz all weekend

Pat : In and out above the noise audible call and grid in EN90xn with narrow 
filters from 0100 to 0129 utc. but rather hard to get a clean capture in 
ARGO CW mode. Fat line with QRSS3 but can't visually ID that way....
