[Lowfer] Daytime lowfers

Guess winter propagation is over but both MP on 137 kHz and EAR on 188 
kHz are still coming in fine during daylight. Plan to go QRT with my SIW 
beacon shortly. Hope to improve the slash code for next Fall's return.
