[Lowfer] Navtex overnight 24-25th.

J.B., I monitored 518 kHz for Navtex stations last night and found 
Puerto Rico and Bermuda still doing fine, but no west coast decodes. Was 
pleased to find area 4 station H (Prescott, Ontario) coming through well 
around 0110Z. Haven't copied that station for quite awhile even though 
it's close so it obviously has been off the air.
