[Lowfer] JA1CGM 137

This guy puts out a real good signal for 5500Kms or so and I don't think weve had conditions even in the worst of an geo event when hes not made an appearance, and hes and his locals have been up to CW read strength at times (just!) - I keep on having to remind my self its about the same distance to USA East coast from here :-)

Im favored here with a TransPacific path which add a shed load of dBs...he over land and glacial mountains for the first 450 miles then nothing in the way. Im hoping we can do a "all wet path" to ZL/VK7 which shoots out of my QTH appx 10 miles to the inlet and bar a little land is sea path all the way downhill. I like QRSS or better DFCW :-) ZL6QH from Quartz hill was a good signal up here when they were conducting their tests a few years or more back.

Cheers Laurence KL7L WE2XPQ

Congrats on JA1CGM reception on 137 Laurence. That is awesome !!!

The world is getting smaller, with the help of QRSS60 and other modern
modes. This is getting more fun every day !!!
