[Lowfer] MP (& EAR) in EN90xn

Mitch & JB: RRR. Thanks to the both of you for keeping the power applied to
the LF beacons....
Over the winter I believe the best SNR observed here for MP was in the -27
to -30 range for mid-day ground wave.
For EAR perhaps -42 to -47 range best signals for mid-day ground wave. Mid
summer levels about 10dB worse on the
average for both stations,
not taking into account any of the wandering noise gremlins that migrate
through the neighborhood....
