[Lowfer] LF conditions in NE IL

Quieted down here over night, at least compared to previous nights, so 
LF signals weren't bad. The usual NDB DX stations like UCY on 380 kHz 
from Cuba and GPI on 309 kHz from Columbia are still copyable. On 518 
kHz Navtex, messages from west coast stations Q and W in CA and H in BC 
  decoded. For some reason messages from long-winded station E in GA 
were absent, so station F in MA had a clear shot to decode.
