Pinger is *audio* not "RF"so there is no problem.
I assume that is implicit in the part about "Some non technical ..." but not
all reading the group may understand that.
But avoiding using 37.5 kHz for RF experiments is good for another reason:
37.5 KHz is used by NRK in Iceland for high power transmissions,.
