[Lowfer] Spectran question

John, this answer is not specific to Spectran but my intuition says it
might relate. Computers do not hear as well at 700 hz (normal CW) but like
the frequency somewhat higher. So the 3500 line is probably a good choice
for putting the signal to be received and then you have the known 3500 hz
number to relate back to the actual signal frequency by subtraction from
your VFO readout.
