Try WSJT7.. It has a WSPR QSO mode..in which you can input various
information to be transmitted.. The program itself has pre-programmed
messages to transmit, and acknowledge receipt of transmission received.
The great thing about Ham radio and todays technology is; There is 
something for everyone to enjoy, once you find it..
