[Lowfer] CW Beacon Now On-74.549 kHz...

By the time I got to the field, no CW was audible here.  No visual trace on 
Argo, either.

Static was a little higher down there in the field than my 500 kHz test here 
in town led me to believe...average S2, range from none at all for a second 
or so at a time, to S9 crashes.  Similar levels at 2200m, but I had good 
copy of MP at 137.780x (looked to be a 50 millihertz shift while I was 
watching; I need to examine that closer).

Was kind of hoping for a chance to practice looking for WSPR-15 signals 
while things are quieter than they have been at night.

Good signals up at 22m this afternoon from USC, EH, MP, NC, and EDJ.
