[Lowfer] Two nights of navtex

I've been very busy of late, replacing the batteries of my renewable energy system after 10+ years of service!
When I checked on Saturday morning I was pleased to see my first west-coast decode of the season, station
W in Oregon with an eastern Pacific met message.

The stations logged over two nights were A, B, C, E, F, G, H, N, R, U and W, but oddly no P, a sort of local.
