[Lowfer] WSPR 15 tonite on 73.0 Dial Freq 74.550 Tx Freq.

Trying to set up WSPR-x for 73 Khz and not having any luck. I keep getting a 
rigctl stdout: set_freq: error = invalid parameter message. Radio is a Yaesu 
FT-2000. Works ok on the 2200m band and above.

WG2XRS/4 will start at 2300Z  till at least 0500.  Use "other" in freq list 
and above freqs in operating freqs.  Waiting for word from W1BW as to where 
it will be reported but Joe Taylor told me should appear under "other " in 
reporter.
