[Lowfer] JJH 523 ?

Hi Bob,

     Thanks for the listening!
I just called the Johnstown airport and they indicated that according to 
their monitor JJH is on and i.d.'ing but that the output is low, they 
are putting in a service call so perhaps it will return to full strength.
     This is not the first time that I have been the first one to report 
a problem with an NDB, apparently the pilots are not even paying 
attention to them anymore!
