[Lowfer] HiFERs in SE KS

Had good copy on the Gang of Five (USC, MP, EH, NC, EDJ) at the 22m watering
hole late this afternoon, but nobody else audible or visible elsewhere on
that band at all, morning, noon, or afternoon. The 800 Hz mark represents
13,555,400 Hz.

Something odd shows up on NC in this capture that actually occured more
often earlier in the day--an abrupt but temporary frequency shift. An
example from half an hour earlier can be found at
http://lwca.org/mbarchiv/pix/nc-wild.jpg where there are some small step
shifts visible, and other times larger random shifts that look like QRM but
are actually the NC signal itself. Loose connection somewhere, or RF
rectification in the HiFER transmitter from something else being keyed
nearby, perhaps?
