[Lowfer] MP in KS, Mid-day

With the radar and lightning tracker showing thunderstorms as close as 50 
miles, I didn't expect much out of LF during the noon hour CDT but there was 
MP fine and dandy.

Static had a median value of S5, with peaks to above S9 and dips to S1. 
Under those conditions, it is possible to extract MP fairly well.

Later in the afternoon, I looked again, but this time the static was more 
continuous and about 2 S-units higher, so all I got was a very thin line on 
dashes, and the dots were indistinguishable.
