[Lowfer] Kodiak station J Navtex artifact - more

This is what it sounds and looks like here. I think the artifact is 42kHz low of assigned 518kHz on 476kHz  - its been reported so interested to see what they find. Honolulu was coming thru whilst I was looking this mng.
