Thanks for the capture Jay. Resending this since the original email 
apparently never made it to the archive.

The slant code was working fine when you copied it, early on a very cold 
morning here. But as things warmed up the dots began showing an unwanted 
startup offset. Switched to a modified version of DFCW (like Hifer EH) 
until I can get to the beacon to investigate.
