Conditions have picked up nicely to the east here, but are still so-so 
to the west. In area 4 the last week, all known stations (17 in all) 
decoded except W in Greenland. Stations I and M in Greenland decoded 
last night and no doubt W would have too had a strong local station not 
gone past its scheduled 10-minute window. To the west in area 12 though, 
while stations C, Q, and W regularly decode, nothing decoded from anyone 
else.
