[Lowfer] XRS tonight

And tonight's version!  Static was nearly two S-units higher than this 
afternoon, but both signals were stronger also.

Instead of 12 dB apart as they were this afternoon, /4 and /3 were generally 
no more than 3 dB different tonight, according to Argo.  Much of the time 
they were only a single dB apart, and despite the seeming dogbones on /4, 
nearly half the time it was actually /5 who was slightly stronger.

It was easier to see tonight what I thought I noticed this afternoon, namely 
the R and S being a little close together in Dex's signal.
