[Lowfer] SIW at 1750 Meters

This afternoon, QRN was as low on 1750 meters as if it were mid-winter...a 
good four S-units quieter than 74.5 was in daylight.  Unfortunately, it was 
not QRM-free!  I hope that's not a new recurring mess out there on the farm.

Also note the faint stairsteps below SIW.  They have been present every day 
this week that I've gone to the field.  Any ideas?
