Well, it depends a lot on the amount of precipitation we get and the form in 
which it falls.  A little snow when the ground is solid is not a problem. 
Rain or a lot of snow melt can make it difficult to get to the tower.

And when it's really cold, that does limit the amount of time I'm willing to 
spend in the field.  Short IDs are much appreciated then!
