[Lowfer] 74.5495 To Start At Just After 2200...

The rig was watching LowFER SIW most of the latter part of the afternoon 
while I worked in my little building on the farm (cleaning piles of glass 
the burglars boke last winter).  I didn't see /4 and /5 start up this 
afternoon, but I did get to watch them for a while on both sides of sunset 
tonight.  Noise was about 2 S-units less this evening.
