[Lowfer] lofer in newfreedom pa

Bob,

Pays never to throw anything away. A list of Lowfer beacons from 2000 
shows NF on 172.418 kHz from New Freedom, PA. The BOB that Dex mentions 
was in Illinois.

Sadly, I don't see a single currently-active beacon on the list. Some of 
the ops are definitely active doing other things, others have dropped 
out of sight, and some are SK's.
