[Lowfer] 74.5495 on tonight begin at 2200 till 0600+

Static around S9 at 2200 UTC.  Omitted the first hour of catpures...nothing 
to see.  Got a little better around sunset, which was about the time the 
first "4" was coming through, but then stayed relatively constant a few dB 
lower than the initial noise.  None the less, /4 improved and /5 faded in 
here in SE Kansas.  Since the noise remained relatively steady, I infer that 
skywave variations were playing a role.
