[Lowfer] SIW rising from the noise

Good luck Mitch. I was listening to lowfer EAR using QRSS30 and just 
switched to SIW to show the slash code locally. The frequency scale in 
the attachment pertains to EAR. SIW's center is at 185.1852 kHz.
