[Lowfer] Lowfer SIW Freq/Mode shift

Monitored my lowfer around 1800Z today when it shifted from slash code 
on 185.185 kHz to QRSS on 185.2993 kHz. Nulled the signal with a loop 
antenna to prevent ARGO overload and ran a pair of instances, tuned to 
the two frequencies. The OCXO warmup is very evident after the shift but 
only takes a few minutes to stabilize.
