[Lowfer] SIW in SEK

The 1750 meter band was very quiet in SE Kansas at mid-day, so I thought I'd 
kill three birds with one receiver setting (so to speak) and watch both 
modes of LowFER SIW right around the transition time, and also watch for WMS 
at the same time.

The latter was not seen, but there were a couple of mystery signals.  Most 
notable is the stairstep around 185.299.  Any ideas?

The 800 Hz mark is 185,300 at the moment of capture.  I not only had to 
compress the heck out of this big image, I also had to selectively de-res 
parts without useful information.  If you'd like to see the full-res
