[Lowfer] One more try QRSS10 on 160 meters

I'll be in QRSS10 mode with a carrier frequency showing 1,838.233 KHz
The rig is drifting as much as 1/2 cycle up, or down depending on when 
the air conditioner comes on. I am keying a carrier this time instead of
an audio tone, so hopefully it will look more like a QRSS signal should.
I look forward to any reports, and captures..
I raised the power output to 10 watts for tonite to see how the extra heat
affects the frequency stability, plus a little better chance of crossing the
Atlantic.. I am already transmitting.. 73 to all:
