[Lowfer] MP off?

After looking for Andy on 160, I checked the noise levels at LF and didn't
have much hope. At 137 kHz the racket was awfully close to continuous at
S7, with swings considerably higher and lower...but a lot more of them on
the high side, it seemed to me. Those are the conditions where I can just
barely retrieve MP's signals from the noise, so it only takes a couple dB's
difference to make the signal unreadable.

I accidentally did what I intended to be a QRSS60 capture, but at 90
instead, ans saw MP. Ran a simultaneous QRSS30 for the heck of it. When MP
faded, it appeared to be more due to a slight rise in noise than an actual
signal fade.

With that in mind, it seemed awfully unlikely I'd see anyone on 74.55. But
stay tuned....
