Hello all: I will start transmitting tonite at 00:00 UTC, and most likely go overnight.
>From experience on WSPR; my signal makes it into EU areas between 04:30 thru
06:30 UTC at this time of year.. Thank you to all who look for the signal, any 
captures will be appreciated.. My TX frequency will be just above the WSPR-15 band
at 1.838.230, running 5 watts to the antenna, a 160 Windom in Inverted " V " configuration
