Pretty much, I expect, though remember, a few of the HiFERs (especially 
those using Epson programmable oscillator modules) wander a lot with 
temperature.  Their frequency listings should be regarded as advisory rather 
than absolute. <g>  There are also a few others, such as SIW and MP, that 
are much tighter controlled than average.  You can just about use SIW as a 
standard frequency reference on the HiFER band.
