[Lowfer] XGJ on 137 in EN90xn

Garry & All: I was surprised no one mentioned XGJ being active last nite
just below MP. Very robust signal here, I had to listen in the SW direction
to keep ARGO from overloading.....
No luck with XNI or JAM, but I did not listen much past 0500Z
