http://www.dxinfocentre.com/navtex.htm provides a nice map of the Navtex 
areas and transmission schedule (not sure if that's still current).

http://www.ndblist.info/datamodes.htm provides a lot of information 
about Navtex, including a link to NAVTEXview, a nice program that lists 
the schedule for 490, 518, etc.
