Eric, I didn't see your note until nearing 2100Z. Saw a few transmission 
sequences then nothing, perhaps because you ended the test. While the 
checkerboard pattern displayed fine using Spectrum Laboratory at QRSS3 
bandwidth, the signal was too weak to copy much of anything with 
MultiPSK. FEC would have helped but even with that it would probably 
have been a struggle to get the message at rate 4.
