[Lowfer] WD2XGJ QRT to listen

Warren: S9 noise here on 137kHz in EN90xn so I did not even try to 
listen...seems to be a random an occasional local event. Utility power went 
out around 10pm and so I played around with the Benmar 555A in the house, 
was able to hear some NDBs fairly well...went to bottom of AM band to wait 
out the outage and the noise came roaring back when the power came back on 
around 11pm. I'm not looking forward to the neighbor's xmas lights powering
