[Lowfer] Greenland on 518 kHz Navtex

J.B., if you're monitoring 518 kHz tonight for Navtex transmissions you 
might have good luck decoding Greenland. I noticed signals to the NE 
were up tonight based on the 288 kHz DGPS station in NL coming in 
already by local sunset. Sure enough, Greenland area 4 station M decoded 
during the 0200Z window. Hopefully I and W will show up too.
