[Lowfer] West coast Navtex

Last night was pretty good to the west coast here J.B. Decoded US area 
12 stations C, W, and Q. A pleasant surprise was seeing a couple decodes 
from area 4 station O, which was able to overpower station N briefly at 
0620Z. Nothing noted from the Canadian west coast stations or Kodiak, 
AK, but sunrise conditions to the arctic weren't bad since NDBs UX (378 
kHz, 3004 km in NU) and ZF (356 km, 2839 km in NT) were coming through.
