[Lowfer] Station H navtex

In the last ten days (all I have records for) I've only copied station H from Tofino, BC and Curacao.
Wiarton (Prescott) is only about a two hour drive up the coast from me here near Goderich, so for
all intent and purpose it's a local.  We have a coast guard station here, so if I get into town in the
morning I may drop by and see if I can find out why it's off.
