[Lowfer] Comparison of lowfers EAR and MLS

Looked this morning at lowfer EAR, 188.8307 kHz, 575 km/68 deg with an 
e-probe/SDR-IQ, and then tuned to lowfer MLS, 186.2025 kHz, 591 km/101 
deg. The former came through well, the latter was just recognizable, but 
the frequency stability seemed fine compared to previous days.
