(no FEC).  Mode is available in Fldigi and MultiPSK. Message includes
current solar data from NOAA.  Approx. 20W ERP.

Very good conditions this morning; CW ragchew QSO with WG2XIQ (John
running approx. 1W ERP) on 474 kHz around 0900Z.
