[Lowfer] Lowfer EAR

[Garry and Linda Hess]

Switched from QRSS30 to QRSS20 to get a better ARGO capture of lowfer 
SJ, but found the signal too weak for a chop-free view. However, lowfer 
EAR is doing fine on a QRSS20 display over a 358 mi daylight path.
