[Lowfer] OPDS my first success!

With lots of help from Garry Hess!  Thanks again Garry.  I appear to 
have OPDS running on the Windows XP machine okay.  I was worried this 
morning coming into the shack fearing Windows Update might of attacked 
during the night!  I was lucky, it had not!  Gonna turn that feature off 
today. Had the loop aimed towards VO1NA but did not get any hits.  John, 
VE7BDQ showed up several times during the night and once this morning 
from off the side of the loop.  So will keep hoping for better 
conditions to the east and will let run some more and see who turns up!
