[Lowfer] Afternoon Hifers in NE IL

Don't copy MP all that often but right now it's coming in strong enough 
to hear the CW ID in SSB audio bandwidth. USC has moved a bit lower in 
frequency and both it and NC are light copy. EH is strong as usual.
