Mark, here's a nice QRSS3 bandwidth capture of your near-local sunrise 
signal centered at 400 Hz tone with Spectrum Laboratory. That maps to 
186.008 kHz as you indicated. My ARGO calibration is a bit off, making 
your frequency appear slightly higher than it really is. The offset from 
exactly 186 kHz is a good thing as I have a strong spur near there 
(covered up by the text insert in the attached capture).
