[Lowfer] 137 kHz T/A last night

Impressive copy Jay. I envy the stations farther east, especially those 
near the Atlantic Ocean. I listened for Stefan on WSPRX-15 when you and 
others were reporting SNRs in the low -20s but couldn't see more than a 
weak correlation peak here. XEB seemed weaker than usual too. Last night 
was noisy so didn't try.

Have a receiver tuned near 137.78 kHz and MP has continued to come in 
well, despite the elevated noise, as has the PSK31 from WD2XSH/7. 518 
kHz Navtex has been pretty boring of late but am still getting 
occasional decodes from the 3 USA west coast stations. Lowfer MLS is 
also still detectable but in and out of the noise floor now.
