I was going by the comments from Excelon.  I stand corrected - the
approval was for amateur use between 9 and 45 kHz and above 225 kHz.
And this is from a supplier of PLC equipment, not a utility.  I have
read so many documents lately I do get confused!

And Warren - If it didn't come across that way let me confirm - I
agree with everything you said in all of your messages.
