[Lowfer] WD2XES in GMSK Mode

Jay having QSY'd to 630m, WD2XES will be running GMSK on 136.000 USB + 
800 Hz tonight until 0200 UTC. This is the same frequency Jay used 
during the day today. You can either use the 136.000 USB setting and 
select 800 Hz in the program, or use 136.800 kHz in CW mode on your 
receiver with an 800 Hz BFO pitch. Suggest using the 500 Hz BW option in 
the program.
