Okay on the 0200 - 0300Z time frame. I didn't start 'watching' Stefan until 0300Z ... was busy
checking out GMSK up til then. For years on 137 kHz T/A I've noticed the existance of an hour or two
'slump' mid evening. Have never been able to relate it to anything in particular. There's so much
QSB on 500 kHz that it's harder to tell there. All observations are interesting at these frequencies
